This condo was located in a very nice neighborhood just a short drive from downtown Louisville, and with quick access to Boulder. Kathleen was very nice and had her home prepared for our arrival. The rooms were large enough to accommodate us, however Kathleen had not removed any if her personal belongings so there was no storage space for our clothing in the bedrooms. We ended up living out of our suitcase for the week, which was a little inconvenient. The amenities were as advertised, with the exception of a problem with the television service, which was not available all week because of a problem with the Dish network. We understood that the initial breakdown was beyond Kathleen's control, but we were surprised it remained out the entire week we were there. We ended up purchasing an on line app to keep my granddaughter entertained in the evenings. All things considered this was a good value, and with a few minor changes I would give it the highest rating.
Kathleen was super accommodating, and she had such a lovely, clean and bright house! My mum and aunt loved it there, and if I had the chance I would recommend it highly to anyone who's looking for a big space for family. Thanks so much Kathleen!
The house was exactly as described and as shown in the pics. The location was very convenient and Louisville is a cute little town. My only reservation was cleanliness. There was no terrible problem, such as an infestation or anything like that, but the house needed a seriously good vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning. There also were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Given that Kathleen asks for $150 cleaning fee, I expected a cleaner house. On the other hand, you feel no pressure to clean up before leaving.
Kathleen's home is bright and spacious and very well located, indeed just 10-min from Boulder. The master bed was super-comfy, and the digital cable looked great on the big-screen TV in the basement. There are lots of stairs - not a problem for most folks, but renters with mobility issues should beware.
Louisville is itself a little gem of a town, with a lovely historic downtown plus the shopping convenience of a modern suburb. Five minutes from the toll road and three minutes from the freeway, Kathleen's place is both comfortable and convenient.
Kathleen's home was great. My family of 4 stayed and there was plenty of room. Location was convenient, being between Boulder and Denver. Great experience overall. We recommend!
We had a great time at the townhouse. It is very convenient to get to Boulder and to access the amenities in Louisville. Kathleen was a helpful host.
We had an excellent time at Kathleen's home. The home was big, their rooms were welcoming, and their basement entertainment room was lots of fun. Three bathrooms kept all 4 of us efficiently clean and ready to explore the city of Boulder, and even some of the nice restaurants of Louisville. Excellent stay!
