The 1925 Water Tower is a cozy and welcoming home. This piece of Coconut Grove history has been completely remodeled to include all modern amenities. The home includes 1 loft bedroom and a living, dining, kitchen and bath area on the first floor. Full size sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children ONLY (strictly enforced). Roku connected TV (no cable). Short walk to Coconut grove restaurants, marina and shops but car recommended to explore the city. Free Parking. Snacks and coffee/creamer.

The space
The inside of the property has been completely remodeled to make efficient use of all the space. Everything has been designed to make guests feel welcomed and rested. A small work area under the stairs can even accommodate a laptop. A loft ladder opens to the bedroom - this is not suitable for small children to climb on!
The outdoor space includes an artificial grass soccer field for guests use and Coconut Grove largest Banyan tree to explore. Table and chairs to dine alfresco and BBQ are also available. Double hammock for a nap. This is South Florida so expect to see bugs and wildlife. We provide spray and mosquitoes repellents for guests to use.
This is part of our home and we thrive to make people feel at home too. We ask our guests to take care of the space as they would their own.
