3 bedroom farmhouse nestled in 30 acres on a sweeping river bend. Private water front access; tranquil gardens; gently sloping lawns; multiple paddocks. The house is a classic Australian homestead, with modern conveniences and comfortably furnished and appointed. Ample living and dining, including a large enclosed veranda. The house has both a wood burning fire and reverse cycle air conditioning. Enjoy the perfect country getaway, only a 60 minute drive from Wahroonga.

The space
Without leaving home, enjoy the multiple outdoor places to read or play, and explore the property. Go for a fish or a paddle from the sandy bank, while away the hours in the river, or simply relax in the hammock. This property offers a unique opportunity for idyllic escape.

If you feel the need to leave, you are 10 minutes from Spencer's boat hire, cafe, restaurant and general store. You are on the doorstep of Dharug National Park and have easy access to Popran National Park, and their numerous walking trails. The historic towns of Wollombi and Wiseman's Ferry are a short drive away, as are two 2 public golf courses.

The house a classic Australian homestead, and one of the original in the area. It is comfortably furnished for families or couples. There are multiple indoor and and outdoor dining and seating areas, all with spectacular views of the gardens, river and mountain. There is a fully appointed farmhouse style kitchen with 4 gas burners and double oven. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are set up with queen beds, bedroom 3 has 2 x king singles, with optional additional single beds on request. There are 1.5 bathrooms - main with bath and shower, and an internal laundry with top loader machine.

There is no mobile reception in the area, but you will be able to connect to the house wifi (if you want to).

Pets and horses are welcome by arrangement.
