Team Ritger's home was just right for us. It was our first time in San Francisco and we could have not found a better place to stay. The location was great, right on a number of bus lines, and the indoor parking was an unexpected bonus. The apartment had everything we needed, had an open layout and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is large enough for 2 cooks and the large table could easily accommodate eight adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and the washer and dryer made our stay easier. The back deck is a hidden treat in the part of the city. The elevator made moving the luggage back and forth much easier.
We can recommend this family home as a well equipped, spacious and comfortable location. Our arrival was organised and clear instructions are available for internet use etc.
The patio area is good for when the sun shines.
Public transport runs from just outside the front door, but we drove into the city centre (around 30 minutes out of rush hour). We didn't explore the local area much but it is a multicultural mix including Chinese and Hispanic
This is a great venue to use as a base to explore San Francisco.
Comfortable, practical and perfect for what we were after. We found the apartment simply ideal. The local food - from the markets to the restaurants - was Latin awesomeness and an added bonus. Highly recommend for a slightly bigger traveling party (bigger than two or three that is) who are willing to travel just a little further to get into town.
Team Ritger was quick to respond to any inquires and was extremely pleasant to interact with. Their household is clean, well stocked, and excellent for anyone interested in staying within San Francisco. Myself and 3 other guests were impressed by the location and amenities provided to us during our visit. Team Ritger's home is surely a great place for any group or family's stay in San Francisco.
Allyson was great at communicating and left a list of places to eat in the neighborhood. It is a quick bus ride to the Mission and some of the best food in SF and a 10-15 minute walk to BART and the rest of SF. My two colleagues and I had plenty of space and enjoyed staying here.
Spacious 2 bedrooms plus den apartment and nicely decorated. Patio was awesome too but we didn‘t have tme to stay out and bbq. There are different bakeries closed by and my husband bought back coffee and breakfast every morning ! Nearby area a little bit run down but with the drive-in garage parking you would still feel safe. All my friends who live in SF say we had a very good deal because for the same price we could only stay in a 2 stars hotel instead. We have rental car and drive to downtown only took like 10 mins. You can do laundry but only I couldn‘t start the dryer and had to hang dry the clothes. :p Overall we had a very nice stay and two kids were happy too ( no TV there but they don‘t watch TV anyway ).
Thanks for the review Kanvia! After your trouble with the laundry, we put a note on the machine. Sorry you had a problem with it, the door must be fully closed for the dryer to work and sometimes you have to give it a good hard push. Thanks for pointing it out. I checked the shower in the MB and it seems to be working fine. To activate the shower head, you need to pull down on the tub faucet nozzle. I'll be sure to make a note of that for future guests. Thanks again for staying!
