The space
Contemporary and simple design make this old farmhouse stylish, fresh and inviting. Full Kitchen combined with a open feel living room complete with several indoor / outdoor sitting areas with a touch of modern and old pieces. Front porch and back patio areas provide outside spaces for mornings or late afternoon evenings. Firepit and surrounding chairs provide a warm environment on those cooler mornings.

Convenient, fun location 2 blocks from main street. Relax on the front porch or attractive & fun backyard - grill, firepit and shade - provide a great resting spot after a day in the Hill Country. This is a sophisticated and upscale house in one of the best locations in Fredericksburg.

2 bedrooms are located downstairs with 2 full bathrooms. In traditional German style, the third bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and accessible through an exterior stair case on the side of the house.

You will have access to the entire house. Owner lives remotely. You can comfortably have 6 people in the house, all with their own bathroom . Front porch is a great way to spend the morning or afternoon relax in the backyard with pergola, firepit, and gas grill. There's even a bocce ball court in the backyard for a friendly afternoon game.

PLEASE, No Pet and No smoking on entire property.

No parties or events are permitted at this house.
