We stayed 2 nights at Deirdre and Hans's. They gave us great advice and tips to discover Dublin the best way. Breakfast was great (Thank you Deirdre !). The room was big and the bed very confortable (very important after an entire day of walk in the city). The location of the room is perfect to reach the city centre by foot, everything is close to it. We warmly recommend this place to stay ! Thanks again to Hans and Deirdre for their kindness and hospitality.
My 18 year old daughter and I had the most wonderful time staying with Hans and Deidre in their very comfortable and clean house, situated within easy walking distance of the city centre. We were made to feel so welcome, and so enjoyed the 'banter', and of course the delicious breakfasts. They gave us great recommendations on what to visit in Dublin, and where to eat - all were perfect. This was our first experience of Airbnb - what an introduction! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay with this lovely couple.
The apartment is very easy to find and centrally located. The place is wonderfully furnished and cosy. Hans and Deirdre are the most wonderful hosts, we enjoyed their company a lot. You feel visiting old friends. Our visit to Dublin was enriched by havinf met these welcoming couple.
This is the Place to be in Dublin!
Deirdre and Hans are the best hosts you can imagine.
They made us feel so welcome and homely. They were very helpful and gave us a lot of special local recommendations, so we've spent fantastic "irish"evenings at pubs with locals just arround the corner. Everything, not just the pubs ;), is in walking distance although the house is perfectly located in a quiet street.
The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious and the whole house is very clean with a warmly atmosphere.
The daily breakfast-time was amazing, everything is done with so much love. We could have stayed there at the table with them the whole day talking, eating and having so much "craic" togheter.
Deirdre and Hans, thanks for your great hospitality. You made our trip unforgettable unique.
Mi experiencia con hans y su mujer ha sido muy buena, ellos nos han mostrado rutas a seguir X dublin, hemos hablado de todo durante el desayuno y engeneral muy amables.

Hans and I have 3 grown up children who now live elsewhere. We are self employed and work from home. We work in the Fashion industry and are Textile Agents for Mills in Europe, we travel to Paris twice a year for a Fashion exhibition. Hans is a keen Fisherman and does a lot of Fishing in the West of Ireland - a place we both love .I am a keen walker and a member of a Hill Walkers group . We live in an old Georgian house which is within walking distance of the City centre and guests will have easy access to Museums, restaurants, shops, parks etc. - everything is on our doorstep .
