The place is in very good neighbourhood and a perfect place to stay with family, friends & kids. Tom was a perfect host and always available if we need something. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house was clean and comfortable for our party of 6 but would have been fine for 8. The house is a short drive from the downtown Athens area but is only a few minutes to local shopping. Really nothing to complain about and would not hesitate to rent from Tom again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience! We loved the neighborhood and connected personally with the owner. I would recommend this to any group of people looking for a family oriented home to rent.

Our host Tom was incredibly helpful. The house was very clean and everything was easy to find. The location itself was good because it's very close to Walmart. It was a 10 minute drive to campus, which was not a problem for my group. I would definitely recommend staying here.
