Charming home in a quiet neighborhood. 7 miles to Toyota, 5 miles to the Kentucky horse park, 15 miles to Keenland, 2 miles to Toyota stadium. 35 miles to the ark. This house is located towards the end of the street. Home includes wifi, rokus, and cable. Coffee and tea bar with the necessities, 2 parking spot driveway and a entire parking lot down the street for extra parking. There is also a charcoal grill.

The space
Quiet, cozy neighborhood. This house has been completely redone and has a nice open concept. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a twin size day bed, living room has a queen size pull out bed. All rooms including living room have tvs and rokus. Please make sure the remotes are left in the house. The home includes wifi and cable. Nice coffee and tea bar equipped with sugar, creamer, and coffee. Outdoor seating with a charcoal grill(charcoal not included). There is also a few board games and a deck of cards to enjoy. Pets will be allowed if not left alone in home or crated while you are gone.

This house is cleaned and sanitized to standard after every guest!

We provide a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags are left for you to start your trip, travelsize shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a small bar of soap.

No credit will be given for loss of amenities or inconvenience beyond our control, including but not limited to failures such as AC/heat, refrigerator, internet, electric, water, etc.
