Welcome to The Villa! A newly remodeled 2,500 sqft house with open floor plan sitting on 2 acres!

Lots of space! You’ll be staying in your own stylish yet sophisticated, fully-furnished house. Enjoy the peaceful wooded view from your courtyard. Near City Lake where you can hike, fish & kayak. Located off Interstate 40, only minutes from downtown, TTU (Tennessee Tech University) CrossFit Mayhem & delicious restaurants.

The space
The villa consists of The Oasis (listing on Airbnb as an upper unit) and The Nook (listing on Airbnb as the lower unit) combined for the entire house. The Villa also has a guest house on the property (that is a separate rental).

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

Master Bedroom Suite: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV and office desk. Large ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and washer/dryer.

1 Full Bathroom: stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Downstairs:
2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.

Bedroom 1: has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large Roku TV, couch and office desk.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a large Roku TV, couch and office desk

1 Bathroom: Full tub/shower, is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

WiFi:
High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Courtyard:
Kick back and relax under the sun or at night under the lights as you enjoy the peaceful views in the courtyard. Several tables and chairs are provided. This is a residential community and the courtyard is shared, so it is important that you follow the property rules out of respect for the local residents as well as other guests at the property.

Shared Parking:
There is plenty of parking available. Please do not block anyone in as this is a shared parking lot. Very LARGE parking lot. Vehicles that are towing have plenty of room.
