Tastefully newly decorated 2nd floor flat with amazing views of the Skerries and East Strand Beach. Quiet central location next door to Portrush Library and only a 2 min walk to the Promenade and East Strand Beach. Everything in Portrush within easy walking distance. Only a 5 min drive to Royal Portrush Golf Club and close to all of the North Coasts famous attractions such as the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge and Game of Thrones locations like Ballintoy Harbour and The Dark Hedges

The space
The flat has been completely updated with new furniture and flooring. New appliances in the kitchen including cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave. The master bedroom has a new King size bed with views from the bay window of Causeway Street below and an amazing vista out to the Skerries rocks and up the full length of East Strand Beach towards the White Rocks in the distance. Central heating is provided and water is heated by electric emersion for both washing and showering. Off street parking and separate exits towards both West and East Strand make this an ideal location for a relaxing getaway.

The apartments location is next door to Portrush Library and just across the street from cafes, bars and 55 Degrees North Restaurant. The views from both bedrooms looking onto East Strand are unquestionably the apartments greatest asset.
