This is my home and I share it part-time through Air BnB. It has two bedrooms, the main is mine and the other bedroom with a double bed and work/study desk is available for guests. Bathroom and toilet are both shared, as is the living room and kitchen. Wifi and Netflix included.
The apartment is in a great convenient location, less than 10km to the Brisbane CBD. There is a bus and train in the street. A lovely park and great coffee shops within walking distance.
