This 20' luxury tiny home is parked mins from downtown WS on the rear portion of our 4 acre historic farm location creating a unique getaway for the tiny house enthusiast and a simple and convenient stay in the City of the Arts. This tiny is settled in a pasture with tree top views, Hanging Rock in the distance, and beautiful sunsets.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is not available for pro photography or group gatherings and is located at the business site of Perch & Nest.

The space
Enjoy a slice of the tiny life in this cozy farmhouse on wheels. Features include a handcrafted barn wood sofa and queen size sleeping loft both with panoramic views. The gourmet kitchen includes a microwave/convection oven combo, electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, cookware, tea, coffee, and a few local beverages on us. Full bath includes recycled glass tile shower, wardrobe storage, and flushing toilet. This tiny is located on a knoll which is mostly secluded from the rest of the farm. Another Airbnb tiny sits to the left sharing the hill. Entrances oppose one another and each tiny faces the woods and open pasture creating privacy from the other farm buildings and tenants. We are located 7 mins from Downtown Winston Salem. Our property is on a well traveled road with neighboring homes but generally quiet at night. The tinys rest on the rear portion of 4 acres closest to the woods. This rental is located at the business site of Perch & Nest. (Tiny homes are being constructed during normal business hours.)
