Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them (see house rules). It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed.

*Shared Gym
Hours: 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Access for people over 15 years old (see house rules).

Other things to note
For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process).

* Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule.

Pets are allowed. There's an additional fee per pet and per week.
