The space
This studio apt has been recently renovated with new fixtures. It has nice morning light and is in a great urban location with easy access to neighborhoods of San Diego, including Golden Hill, East Village, Gaslamp, North Park, South Park, Banker's Hill, Hillcrest, Point Loma and La Jolla. We are 2 blocks from Balboa Park ( near the golf course ), have a view of downtown and minutes from the San Diego airport, Convention Center, the Coronado Bridge and I-5 .

Guest access
You will have a separate access to the space. The door is on on the side of the house, ground level.

Other things to note
Golden Hill is urban and street parking varies depending upon time of day.

Our lovely home, built in 1911, is one of the original ones in Golden Hill and has wood floors. You may hear muffled footsteps above you.

In the day (late 1800s) Golden Hill was the location where see ships entering and leaving the harbor. Our house was built in 1911 and then was probably one of the few homes in the area.

My husband and I live in Golden Hill with our HS aged son. By day we program and by night I paint and my husband surfs when he's not in jiujitsu. We love to travel. We just came back from visiting in Tanzania and look forward to making a trip to Barcelona so my son can see a Barcelona club soccer game. We also make a habit of traveling locally and enjoying the beaches in San Diego and the desert in Twentynine Palms / Joshua Tree.
