Welcome to Blue Bird By The Sea! This two-level condo has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, offering a fun, bright retreat for up to 8 guests. There is a stunning chef’s kitchen that connects to the living room, creating a great space for cooking, hosting, and entertaining.

Blue Bird by the Sea is a modern, clean condo located in the seaside village of Manchester-By-The-Sea. The 4 bedroom is one mile away from Singing Beach, downtown restaurants, shopping, train to Boston, grocery store, and coffee shops.

If you want to explore the North Shore, this is a great launching pad! Come explore Gloucester, Rockport, Essex, Beverly, and Salem. It is also close to both Gordon College, Endicott College as well as Landmark, Glen Urquhart, and Brookwood schools. SINGNG BEACH

Singing Beach is 1.3 mile away (5 minute drive). We provide beach passes for unlimited entry. Lost beach passes are subject to a $100 fee.

Beach Parking -
April 15th to June 20th - residents only
June 20th to Labor Day - $30 parking for non-residents (when attendant is on duty)
Oct 15th to April 15th - Nonresident parking allowed in designated spots

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the property along with the back deck and one driveway. Please note that the yard is reserved for the unit on the 1st floor of this building and is therefore not accessible by guests.

Other things to note
Please note this is a 2nd floor townhouse unit so there are stairs to climb. There is a garden-style unit below this one. Guests have access to the driveway, front foyer, rear deck, and entire townhouse but not the rear yard.
