We are located in the heart of Old Istanbul, from Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia (5 minutes), the Grand Bazaar (7 minutes walking). With easy access to public transportation, you can reach all parts of Istanbul.
Your comfortable room is entirely yours. Bathrooms, kitchens, and other are shared.
All your bathroom needs, including towels, shampoo, bathrobes, and disposable slippers, are provided by us.
The space
A Spacious and Comfortable Accommodation Experience
Designed with our guests' comfort in mind, our private rooms offer spacious living spaces where you'll feel right at home. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces (including a terrace), and you won't have to worry about being cramped in tight spaces.
This modern room is located on the 3rd floor. All private rooms on our floor have shared restrooms and bathrooms.
We'd like to emphasize that many restrooms and bathrooms have women-only areas. Since both rooms share a bathroom, you'll enjoy a comfortable experience without any waiting times.
Common Areas and Amenities
Our terrace is just one floor above your room, while our social areas (living, study, laundry, library, play area, etc.) are located on the 2st floor. Freshly brewed filter coffee is a complimentary treat every morning for a refreshing start to the day.
Bedding Options
In this private unit, our double beds are carefully designed for your comfort. If you wish, we can convert these beds into two single beds if you notify us before your arrival.
Our Hygiene and Safety Measures
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. Therefore, all our apartments are meticulously disinfected before check-in. All amenities, including traditional towels, are provided for single use, taking the utmost care to prevent COVID-19.

We'd like to share some details with you for your comfort during your stay:
* Bathrooms and Restrooms: The third floor features a total of four restrooms and four bathrooms, two for women and two for men. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
* Refrigerator: The kitchen refrigerator has a dedicated shelf for you.
Common Areas
You can access the terrace of our Social House and the living area on the second floor at any time. These areas are shared by all guests.
Second Floor Living Area
The second floor offers a variety of amenities for your enjoyment and needs:
* Filter Coffee Stand: Prepare filter coffee at any time to start your day refreshed.
* Laundry Room: If you need to do your laundry, simply bring liquid detergent.
* Entertainment Corner: Enjoy fun moments with a PlayStation® and various board games.
* Work Area: A guest computer (Mac) and printer are available for your needs. * Kitchen and Water Needs: On this floor, where the Co-Host office is located, there is a filter in the kitchen faucet. Since tap water is not drinkable in Istanbul, you can purchase your drinking water from here.
Terrace Area
Our terrace features various seating areas and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the view.
* Views: From our terrace, you can see the Asian continent behind you, and from the front, you can enjoy a partial sea view.
