We gave the guest our opinion: The city itself is noisy, and for our standards the apartment is not particularly noisy. But it was just a matter of diferrent conceptions. We offered the guest a 100% devolution, even, if the guest through the intant booking option, decided to book the room without waiting for a proper answer regarding the noise. The guest behaved a bit strange at the B&B, and seemed not to be aware of the airbnb codes. We like our guests to feel home, and after receiving so many complaints from Kathleen, we realised that the B&B will never meet her expectations. We always try to find a solution that does not harm our guests. In this situation we though Kathleen will feel confortable somewhere else, and let her use our instalations until she finds a better option.
