This place is kept and furnished like a hotel, yet has the look and feel of a home. Lots of space in this 3,000 square foot flat which allows privacy and a feel of a home.
Many High Tech Interns have stayed with us and just love the location, big large rooms and the privacy.

High Tech Bus Stops are very close as well.
I stayed with Jeff for a month. The place is beautiful and centrally located. They were wonderfully nice hosts. My room was immaculate. I wish I could have stayed there for longer!!
Jeffery's home is a lovely Victorian with lots of original details. The home has very high ceilings and lots of space. It is lovely decorated all around and is a comfortable place to stay.
The house is located one block away from heart of lower Haight and about 10 minutes walk to Muni church station. The location is very convenient. Parking in the neighborhood is not easy but doable if you learn the pattern. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
The hosts are hard working people and are hardly at home during the week. They are very easy going and I enjoyed tremendously chatting with them on weekends. I highly recommend Jeffrey's home as a base to exploit the city.
5 stars across the board (host, location and accommodations).
Jeffrey wants you to feel right at home and encourages you to enjoy his awesome top-floor unit. For example, when I arrived and asked whether I could watch some SportsCenter in the living room, his response was "Yes, and don't ever ask me that again." He remained both considerate and responsive throughout my stay... and in fact, he was hardly ever around.
Jeffrey's unit is surrounded by awesome restaurants/cafes. However, if you need to leave Lower Haight, then you're just a block away from bus stops for the 22 north to Pac Heights or the 6/71 to Market (where you can catch BART). For drivers, you're just a few blocks from the Octavia on-ramp. Seriously, this location was perfect for me during my job search.
Finally, my room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Great decor, tons of natural light, a desk with strong wi-fi, as well as a tv, microwave and mini-fridge in case I wanted to keep to myself. Perhaps best of all was the in-unit washer/dryer. In short, I felt like I was in a home rather than an apartment.
