This home is in a scenic location.
This newly renovated waterfront cottage has 150 feet of water frontage and plenty of dock space for parking your boat or fishing. Relax on the wrap-around deck or the waterfront swing and enjoy the view of the river in all seasons. The cottage is fully furnished with 3 queen beds, wood floors, laundry room, well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and fire pit/patio furniture. Added bonus…5 kayaks, 5 bikes, and cornhole boards are also available!

The space
This immaculate 1200 sf cottage has SO much to love...white quartz counters, 2 sitting areas (one with a large sectional that seats 6 and the other with a queen size sofa sleeper), 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), and spacious bathroom with a seated shower. The beautiful dining area with vaulted ceiling has a large, expandable table and offers panoramic views with its surrounding windows. Best outdoor feature...a newly constructed riverside stream (beside the fire pit) that you activate with the flip of switch. Just sit back, relax and listen to bubbling water as it trickles down to the river below. Mountain biking trials, hiking trails, and river tubing are located just a mile away.
