Spacious and bright end unit townhome in quiet neighborhood with occasional wildlife sightings. Walk to downtown by sidewalk (0.6) mi or trail (3/4 mi). The Breck Free Ride shuttle picks up 150 yards from the front door to connect you easily to ski area bases. See what our amazing past guests have said about their stay!

The space
You can enter the home through the private garage or up the stairs to the main floor landing. As you walk into this tri-level townhouse we hope you will leave your coat and shoes and your worries at the door! It features an open plan on the second level with hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen & spacious, sunny living and dining rooms. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room as you cozy up with a good book, gather with family and friends to watch a movie on the 4K TV or play one of the many board games provided. The deck off of the living room and kitchen features Adirondack chairs, an 8 person dining table and a private hot tub with stunning mountain views (and the occasional fox or moose wandering by). There is also a Weber grill.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, great lighting, bar and counter seating, plenty of cabinets and all the kitchen equipment & cooking basics (herbs, spices, oil, etc.) that you need to prepare home-cooked meals! There is also a half-bath on the main floor and a desk area for any work you may need to get done.

The three bedrooms and 2 full baths can be found on the top floor. The master bedroom has a television, a sliding door and small balcony with yet another amazing view. It has a large, private bathroom with a luxurious shower and heated floors. The second bedroom is warm and bright and also has a television. The "bunkroom" is the perfect place for the younger members of your party. We also have a pack n play, a high chair, and a babygate for the stairs on the premises for little ones.

The laundry room and one-car garage are located on the ground floor. There is an additional dedicated parking spot directly in front of the garage, as well as common parking.

Guest access
Guests can access all portions of the home with the exception of owner’s closets.

Other things to note
There is no handicapped access and several stairs.

Neighborhood highlights

We are close to downtown Breckenridge, amazing shopping & dining and world-class skiing, but in a quiet neighborhood with the Blue River just across the street.
Our neighborhood is ideally situated in Breckenridge, away from the downtown busyness and ski traffic but walkable to Main Street. Enjoy dinner at Kenosha Steakhouse (the deck is amazing), Mi Casa (yummy Mexican food) or Breckenridge Brewery (a fun scene). Shop in the variety of fantastic stores on Main Street. My favorites include Marigold's Farmhouse Funk & Junk, Magical Scraps (so much cuteness), The Mountain Goat Clothing Co. (great brands) and Joy of Sox. Grab a snack at The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory or Crepes A La Cart (be prepared to stand in a long line, though).
In the winter, catch the Breck Free Ride (stop is located just a short walk away) to the slopes or head into Frisco to do some tubing at the Frisco Adventure Park.
In the summer, take a hike! We love the Mccullough Gulch Trail and Mohawk Lakes Trail. And don't forget to visit Isak Heartstone (not much of a hike but a must do!) Another favorite activity is stand up paddle-boarding on Lake Dillon.
The Nordic Center, biking trails and fishing are also nearby. Breckenridge also has year-round festivals and events. Our favorite is The Great Rubber Duck Race that takes place on Labor Day weekend! We are so excited for you to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer!
