Lovely double room in a stylish and cosy apartment with an ethnic touch, located in the very central area of Rome, Piazza Bologna. Very quiet place, with windows facing a private shared garden, and situated in a building of the ‘30s. The area is very lively, full of small shops, wine bars, and a typical local food market.
Excellent connection to the historic centre and only two blocks from Bologna metro station (LINEA B - 3 stops from Termini Station, 5 from the Colosseum, and 6 from the Spanish Steps). Tiburtina Train and Bus Station, with all train connections to the airport is just at a walking distance or one stop by tube.
The neighborhood of Piazza Bologna, which is very close to the historical center, is known for the wonderful historic park of Villa Torlonia, so beautiful that seems an open-air museum, and it is close to Villa Borghese and the Aurelian Wall. The university of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ is nearby, and so it is the university district of San Lorenzo with plenty of pizzerias, pubs, and nightlife.
The room comes furnished with a French size futon (140 cm large), wardrobe, and table.
The apartment, which is 80 m2 (861 ft²), is composed by: living room; fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven; bathroom with bathtub; utility room; Wi-fi internet broadband, HiFi Stereo and living amenities (including linens and hair dryer).
If you need any tips about good restaurants or hidden corners of Rome you just have to ask it!

Me and my wife had an excellent stay at Nicole's place. We shared a lot of stories and views about our experiences. The house is clean with shared bathroom. Our room was nice with a very comfortable queen size bed. We used the kitchen as well and learnt a few recipes from Nicole.
The place is very quiet, which was great. Also, it is very well located, withing 5 mins walk from the metro, which takes you to Termini station in 3 mins. The communication from Nicole was quick and clear.
Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend staying here.
Had a good time at Nicole's. The apartment is strategically placed in one of Rome's most lively neighborhoods, near the university. The building may be old, but you won't have a problem with anything. Visit the district's farmer market nearby for some really good veggies and fruits.
Very nice and kind lady! We talked a lot about China and I found she is open minded and thoughtful! A very good host!
The flat is just two minutes walk from metro station, and full of historical things that I enjoyed most! The room is clean and well prepared!
Good flat and Very nice lady! I enjoyed the stay with her!
Thanks a lot!
Casa spaziosa, silenziosa e molto pulita. La metropolitana è a due passi.Nicoletta è molto (website hidden) ritornerei!
This was a fair place to stay. Location was walkable to the station, and to some sightseeing, but only if you don't mind a bit of a jaunt. Host was friendly and present at the apartment the whole time. Sleeping accomodation was a mattress on the floor, not a full bed. Could use a few improvements to make it a better stay.
1930's Roma apartment--we slept, cooked, washed clothes...ready for the overnite bus to Bratislava. two blocks from Piazza Bologna is our lucky best location to reach everywhere by foot, bus, and Metro.
Try to arrive and leave at the new Tributina Italo rail and bus station... just one Metro stop away.
Everything in Nicole's B&B is clean and newly renovated, cool high ceiling rooms, big windows for light and fresh air. We saw only trees ouside, fast WiFi... just 5" away from the public market and Punto Simply (Auchan express) market. This is a real Roma neighborhood in all directions. Big Post Italia on the piazza.
