Lovely double room in a stylish and cosy apartment with an ethnic touch, located in the very central area of Rome, Piazza Bologna. Very quiet place, with windows facing a private shared garden, and situated in a building of the ‘30s. The area is very lively, full of small shops, wine bars, and a typical local food market.
Excellent connection to the historic centre and only two blocks from Bologna metro station (LINEA B - 3 stops from Termini Station, 5 from the Colosseum, and 6 from the Spanish Steps). Tiburtina Train and Bus Station, with all train connections to the airport is just at a walking distance or one stop by tube.
The neighborhood of Piazza Bologna, which is very close to the historical center, is known for the wonderful historic park of Villa Torlonia, so beautiful that seems an open-air museum, and it is close to Villa Borghese and the Aurelian Wall. The University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ is nearby, and so it is the university district of San Lorenzo.
The room comes furnished with a French size futon (140 cm large), wardrobe, and table.

What a wonderful flat and host! Nicole is such a nice host, it was a pleasure talking with her. I warmly recommend her place - and the neighbourhood is fine as well!
Nicole is a great host, welcomed me right after I arrived in Rome and then gave me a short introduction to the most important places and sites of the city (also some personal hotspots). The appartment is lovely and there's plenty of space. The atmosphere is inviting and cosy, reflecting Nicole's personality. We didn't have enough time to talk, but Nicole is easy-going and I would have loved to spend more time chatting (but Rome is time-consuming!).
I had a wonderful time in Rome. The flat is located very conveniently, 2 minutes from the underground station from where you can get wherever you wish withing a very short time. The flat itself is beautiful, very nicely furnished and has everything you need. Nicole is a great host, will tell you everything you need to know about Rome so that you can enjoy your time to the fullest. I can only recommend this spot! Thank you, Nicole! :-) Sending you many hugs from Switzerland!
I had a wonderful time staying at Nicole's. The area of Bologna is really nice and within easy commuting distance to central areas. The room was cosy and very comfortable. Nicole went above and beyond to make things easy for me and I can highly recommend staying with her.
Nicole appealed to me from the beginning, she`s a very nice and interesting person. We really enjoyed our stay in her home. Also we did´nt spent much time there, we enjoyed the few moments talking together. nicole knows rome quiet well and can give you a lot of information and storys. Beautiful women in a beautiful place!
Nicole was a good host. Before we arrived, she provided us detailed instructions how to get from the train station to her place, so we had no trouble finding her place.
Showering was a little difficult as her tub doesn't have a curtain, but other than that, the apt was as expected!
I'm a solar and discreet person. I've travelled since I was a kid and found myself in the funniest situations around the world. I've been working in broadcasting for many years. I'm environmentally friendly and really enjoy meeting people from other countries. I speak English, Spanish, Italian, and some French.
