The space
Welcome to this amazing 4-level waterfront townhouse! It has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. You'll love the spectacular furnishings, rooftop terrace with a firepit, seating, dining table, and Cornhole game! Plus, there's a game room, heated pool, private elevator, and a 1-car garage with additional driveway parking for up to 2 additional cars.

The house is just a short 10-minute walk to Clearwater Beach, so you can park the cars and walk just about everywhere. This is a small complex with only 6 units, so you'll have all the privacy you need.

The lower level has a video arcade game and foosball table. You'll also find a King bedroom, a half bath, and access to the pool from this level. The garage on this level has pool toys and several bikes. The pullout couch in the den can sleep 2.

The second floor has a completely stocked granite and stainless steel kitchen with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, Ninja blender, 4-slice toaster, pots and pans, and dish service. You'll also find a stainless French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven. The island has several bar stools and there is a dining room table, couch, chair, and flatscreen TV. You can step out onto the balcony with table and seating and enjoy the beautiful views.

The third floor has a large master suite with a 60” flatscreen TV, a large walk-in closet, and a King bathroom ensuite with an oversized garden tub, large shower, and dual vanities for maximum privacy. There is also another King guest bedroom with TV, dresser, and ensuite full bathroom down the hall.

The top 4th floor terrace has the best views of Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Bay day and night. You can relax on the conversation couch, enjoy the fire pit, have a meal at the outdoor dining table, or play a game of Cornhole.

The townhouse is just a short walk to the award-winning white sands of Clearwater Beach, where you'll find many fine dining and casual restaurants. There are also numerous fishing and boat tours available from the Clearwater Beach Marina. You can even visit the dolphins, turtles and other creatures at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, just a 5-minute drive away. Don't forget to visit Pier 60 featuring live music and locally made artisan creations.

Other things to note
Please respect the check out time of 10 AM. This property is large and requires the entire period o 10 AM-4PM to clean and disinfect it properly. The cleaning company is there at 10 AM and will contact us if guests have not vacated on check out day. We will charge an extra fee for any check out after 10 AM. Thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: Please pull the faucets in the showers toward you instead of left to right. In the Master Shower hot is on the right.
Also, note...the cleaning company provides starter supplies only of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, have soaps, trash bags etc. please plan on bringing or purchasing addl supplies. Thanks!
