The space

This one large 1 bedroom apartment with a comfortable queen size bed is located across from the ABC studios where Grey Anatomy is filmed amongst many other popular American TV shows.

The big living room has a large sectional sofa that can sleep one and can be used for one additional guest. There's also a large rocking "chaise lounge" and a 24 inch color TV set with Amazon Fire TV (it's like Apple TV) and Netflix (NOTE: there's no cable nor network TV)

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steal appliances such as large fridge/freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, a blender and a grill/toaster and offers you all the dining-ware you will need to have a nice meal at home.

Relax in the living room and enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime Video on the TV or just be online with your personal device thanks to a great high speed wifi connection.

The sectional serves as an extra bed in case theres a 3rd guest. It's a firm and comfortable sectional for sleeping.

Its a quiet complex. No smoking in the unit but can smoke in the common courtyard grounds. Easy going neighbors. You can play music during normal L.A. allowed hours (11PM) . 24 hour notice for booking needed. Most of the furniture is wood so I would ask not to put wet glasses or cups on wood surfaces. Use coasters, there are plenty of them around the apt. Front windows should remain closed. All side windows have bars so they can stay open all the time if desired. No pets allowed in building.

Sixto is a very good host, has amazing collection of books about local and California culture and history which I enjoyed reading. His place is HUGE and feel like your own home when you are there. Close to Hillburst and Vermont restaurants, bars and stores.

This place was so fun! My friends stayed here on a visit and loved the decor and character of Sixto's beautiful apartment. It was located just where we wanted to be in Los Feliz, which is to say steps away from awesome restaurants, cafes, bars, and churro icecream sandwiches. Great neighborhood, great apartment!

Sixto's place is perfectly situated in the hip Franklin Village area of LA, an ecclectic uban oasis walking distance from Alcove, Cap & Cork, Home Cafe, Jeni's Ice Cream, Spitz, and tons of other great restaurants and businesses. Well appointed with secure parking, this unit is the perfect for longer stays to truly get the LA experience.
