This 443 sq. ft 1 bedroom Condo on the 30th floor with Ocean Views, Diamond Head side of the building, you get the morning sunshine only, on the 143 sq. ft. Ocean View lanai, head out for the day, close the front drapes, the Sun sets on the opposite side of the building & you come back to a cool Condo enjoy the Killer Sunsets
