An outdoor enthusiasts dream! Our cozy, private guesthouse apartment has it's own entrance & is not connected by the interior to the main house. On a secluded cul-de-sac with walk out/bike out access to both the extensive Bella Vista Bike Trail System or Lake Windsor (both are <500 ft behind house). Gorgeous back yard all to yourself w/ porch swing, fire pit, lots of privacy, wooded areas, hiking/biking trails and filtered lake views. Secure Indoor bike storage & greenspaces galore!

The space
This space is perfect for a couple, or for small family w/young child/ren. You have one private bedroom and the ability to use the living room as 2nd sleeping space (comfy sofa plus have a single sized cot or a queen-sized air mattress that can go on living room floor). Your fully self-contained suite has a full kitchen (sink, counter, oven/stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, and all basic cooking supplies). Free Wifi available & the Roku TV is Wifi enabled. There are 2 workspaces available - with a desk in bedroom and dropleaf table in dining/living room area. Private parking in the driveway. Free 1x/week access to Washer/Dryer in main house "by appointment". Separate indoor /secured space for your bikes or other valuable gear in the workshop adjoining you unit. To access the unit, you take outside staircase (lit w strands of white lights) which is on left side of carport (down one flight of stairs).

We are on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a walkable neighborhood that feels very safe & quiet. If you prefer to bike out the front of the house there is also easy street access to the Bike Trails, but I prefer the ease of hitting the trail by going out via the back yard.

During your stay

Check in starts at 3pm and check out by 11am.
I live in main house (upstairs, completely separate entrances/spaces), and am available from 6am until 9pm. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood, family friendly setting. I have a key lockbox so you never "have" to interact with me, but I work /live in the upstairs/completely separate part of the home and am available if needed.
