The space
The Boho Buffalo's 835 sq ft open concept floor plan is freshly remodeled with everything you need to feel at home. It's located in Eugene Fields building on Poet's corner, a historic residential area just a stones throw from the Plaza district. You'll be minutes from the riverwalk, shopping, dining, parks, nightlife and so much more.

Our bedroom offers a queen memory foam bed, comfortable pillows and multiple comforter/ blanket options. There's ample closet space and an additional armoire for clothing and storage. You'll feel nestled and relaxed with two windows looking into the sunroom, but will also have darkening shades available. New window AC unit installed to ensure a quiet rest.

Our bathroom was crafted with a designer's touch with white, dark gray and gold throughout. The bathtub and shower get great water pressure. The towel closet across from the sink also allows for great storage of towels and cosmetics.

Our kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances (refrigerator, oven and dishwasher) and all the silverware, pots, coffeemaker, pans and plates you need. We also have a white dining table that can seat four.

Our living room has a large and comfortable couch (with pullout bed) from West Elm and 4k LED 55” TV with easy access to all the streaming apps. Enjoy a book in our corner nook next to a built-in bookshelf and rattan string lights. And get logged in with ample desk space, a surge protector and chair perfect for as little or as much remote work as your heart desires.

Our sunroom features an oasis of plants, a deep-seat egg chair and a patio table set to lounge and take in the views. Flip a switch and enjoy the ceiling of fairy lights or sit back and enjoy a starry night on the plains… without even having to get up.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo through keyless entry. For mid-term stays starting in 2025, you'll also gain access to secure parking garage parking next door.

Other things to note
For mid-term stays, we also require our guests to sign a lease agreement. This is a requirement of our buildings HOA. There's also a refundable deposit, price determined by length of stay, that will be refunded within 7 days of inspection if place is up to standards.
