Whether you're looking for a hometown staycation or taking a trip to Dripping Springs for a weekend away, The Cabins at Mercer Dancehall will put you in the heart of the hill country. You are only 3.5 miles outside of downtown Dripping Springs, surrounded by handfuls of breweries, wineries, and wedding venues. Only a short 8-mile drive will take you to Wimberley.

Mercer Dancehall, which sits on the same property is closed as it was sold.
There is also No Wi-Fi in the cabins.

The space
The cabin is 300 sq ft with one queen bedroom and one full bath in a studio style layout. The bathroom has a stand-up shower that can accommodate walkers. Fresh towels and travel soaps will be available as needed.

Your cabin has a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge as well as coffee, creamer, and small snacks provided at no charge.

Please keep in mind, these cabins are located on site of Mercer Dancehall, which is currently closed, right off of Ranch Road 12. There are four cabins built alongside the hill. While your patio is private, you may occasionally see your neighbor or our owners, Nick and Gay passing by.

You may experience street noise during your stay at the cabins due to our close proximity to Ranch Road 12. Noise machines and ear plugs are provided.

Each cabin has a private patio and designated parking space.

This cabin shares a wall with cabin 5 via suite doors that lock from both sides. The shared wall is the laundry room, and the kitchen and living room are in the middle of Cabin 5 with the bedroom on the opposite side.

The owners live in Cabin 5 with their dogs Mercer and Blu.

The Cabin at Mercer Dancehall is located in Driftwood, Texas right off of Ranch Road 12, only 3.5 miles from downtown Dripping Springs.

You may hear some road noise as the cabins are located right off of Ranch Road 12. As a guest, you have access to the dance hall porch. Just don't fear when you see one of us running around working throughout the day. If you are on the porch, you may hear some construction noise. We are working on some fun improvements for the dancehall!

The cabin looks west to an open field where you'll likely catch a sight of wildlife as the sun sets. Enjoy the rocking chairs on your own private patio for a cup of coffee or an evening's glass of wine!
