Amazing apartment in historic downtown West Jefferson with a balcony overlooking downtown and Mt. Jefferson. Walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, boutiques, specialty shops, movie theaters and more. Many nearby attractions including hiking, canoeing /tubing on the New River, fishing, golfing, UTV rental, horse back riding, Ashe County Cheese Factory, Christmas tree farms, blueberry and lavender farms, gem mining and Church of the Frescoes. Come see what Ashe has to offer!

The space
Fun and unique downtown space situated above an adorable "old fashioned" candy and toy store. Enter into a game room suited for everyone with a pool table, wall mounted games, dart board, board/bar games, and a wet bar with a smart tv and built in ice trough inside custom concrete countertops. 3 uniquely designed bedrooms, each with their own smart tv, premium mattresses and plush bedding. 2 bathrooms with custom tile work, concrete countertops, walk in showers and soaking tub in the master bath. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, equipped and ready to entertain with custom built-in table that seats a large group. There is also a built in desk in the kitchen, wireless built-in speakers throughout the home with a bluetooth receiver, and a 70" TV in the living room. Hang out on the first balcony in downtown that spans over40 ft across the front of the building. This will be the best spot in town to watch parades and car shows or just sit and enjoy the town and views of Mt. Jefferson! We have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ loaded on all TVs to entertain everyone, including kids and sports enthusiasts. High speed internet is provided so you can log into your streaming accounts on any of the TVs.
**Please note this is a second floor loft and there is no elevator. Guests must be able to use stairs.

My husband, Brent, and I have been married 24 years and have 2 children and were recently blessed with our first granddaughter. We have lived in West Jefferson, NC since 2008. We were both born and raised in northern California. We have enjoyed using Airbnb as guests for several years and are now very excited to have our first vacation rental to offer. We love remodeling homes and always have a project going. Brent is a very talented carpenter and I am a Physical Therapist, but love to design and decorate on the side.
