“Highly recommend!! This home has a beautiful & tree lined quiet neighborhood, walkable to parks and waterways. Inside, it is exactly as described and pictured. The home has everything one could need, with light-switch labels and clear instructions, making it comfortable and extremely livable. The little touches, like makeup towels in the bathroom & extra towels/paper products & soaps were so appreciated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Everyone thought the beds & pillows were wonderful. Decor was so lovely and well done. The kids had a blast in the heated pool (lighted at dark) and loft area upstairs, complete with large, comfortable family sectional to watch movies and play video games. The adults appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, large walk-in pantry & large laundry room. The wonderful dining room allowed our large family to enjoy dinner together. An abundance of stores, restaurants, shopping, little villages & beaches were very close. Can’t wait to return!”

➸Safety:
There are two exterior Ring cameras for protection. They are only on the front of the house. There is one at the front door and one on the side of the garage.
There are sound monitors inside the home. They measure decibel readings only and do not listen or record.
➸Guest access
The property offers keyless entry for your convenience. Each reservation has a unique code, ensuring a high level of security. Providing you with the code before your arrival streamlines the check-in process, allowing you to begin your vacation right away!
➸Parking
No more than 4 cars MAX at the property. Guests can park in the garage and the driveway.

No beverages or food allowed on carpet.
Fireplace in living room is not to be used.
Towels & Clothing: Nothing should be hung over balconies (we usually put them in the dryer between uses as the humid air can make them musty). No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.
No check ins or checkouts allowed on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.
You agree that you are over 26 years old.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PARTY HOUSE, BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, perfect for families to enjoy.
Only the person that booked will be allowed to check-in and they must have a valid working phone number.
The pool is heated to 85 degrees F; however, please note that if air temperature drops below 70 degrees F, it may affect the pool temperature; therefore, we cannot guarantee pool temperature under such circumstances.
Max amount of guests at this property is 12 people, but 8 adults. Any additional guests beyond those on the reservation will be considered trespassing and will be asked to leave.
The max weight for the bunk beds is 150lbs. No one larger than that should sleep in one of those beds.
Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day. Quiet time is 10 pm. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed. If you are looking for a house to party at, this is not the house.
4 cars MAX at the home at all times!
If the home is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Examples include: Dirty walls, dirty dishes all over the kitchen, excessive trash, excessive food left at the home for the cleaners to discard, stains on the carpet / bedding / furniture, etc.
Trash & Recycling: Pickup is once a week which is on TUESDAYS only. Absolutely no trash goes in the blue recycling bins. If it is left more than a few days In the heat it can get very smelly and attract maggots. There is a $300 fee if we need to call for an off-schedule pickup.
Gas grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Grill must be attended at all times while in use.
No smoking allowed inside! Smoking fee of $500 per day of your stay will be applied should we find out that you smoked in the home.
Pets allowed on a case by case basis for an additional $175 fee. They must be completely cleaned up after, fully house trained, on a leash at all times when not in fenced area, and crated indoors when not home with the pet. If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made. No pets allowed on the furniture or in the pool. Guest is responsible if there is any damage caused by their pet.
Violation of house rules or any rules from rental website (Airbnb) are grounds for terms of the rental to be terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.
