Hello and Welcome! Our Private Mountain Cabin in Historical Stonewall is equipped for you to experience Memories to Last a Lifetime - Wildlife Sightings & Love From Colorado!

Our humble abode has Two Bedrooms, each room has a comfortable Queen bed. The Living room has a sofa bed near the wood burning fireplace along with a futon bed. The cabin can accommodate up to 10 guests - two queen size air mattresses are also available for use (inside gold chest).

A Higher Dwelling Remotely Located on the Historical Scenic byway of CO-12 “Highway of Legends.”

This Rustic Stonewall Cabin is conveniently close to eating establishments (seasonal hours). There’s a general grocery, café and liquor store only a stroll away. Recommend shopping for groceries in Trinidad or stopping at Ringo’s Market on the way prior to arriving at the cabin.

Other amenities at the cabin include a dual Ninja Air Fryer, Waffle Maker, Rice Cooker, and Coffee Bean Grinder.

Situated steps away from the actual Stonewall at the foothills of Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range. A resort village to hike, fish or hunt all year round, in the heart of territory long claimed by the Trinchera elk herd. Visit nearby Bosque del Oso State Wildlife Area, the Great Dikes, Monument Lake and North Lake.

Be prepared to experience wonderful winding trails surrounded with recreational activities, majestic views and sightings of wildlife. The Great Sand Dunes National Park is a 1 hour and 45 minutes beautiful drive away. The San Isabel National Forest along with the Cuchara Mountain Park is only a half hour drive away.

Our cozy cabin is currently Under Restoration. Plans are set to improve and enhance it to become even more Functional * Purposeful * Beautiful *
