The house was perfect, just what we needed. It is a cute, well equipped house. We felt right at home. It was very neat and tidy. The owners have lots of info on restaurants and fun activities in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
The house was excellent! Very beautiful just as we expected, very near to everything even the beach. The space we had was big, enough for all of the six of us. Bruce was very helpful in everything we needed, he was an excellent host during all our stay at the house. Thanks for everything!
Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this property hosted by Bruce and Melody. The house itself is very spacious and well-equipped with everything one can possibly need at a home-away-from-home. Plenty extra linen and beach towels. We only stayed 3 nights at this property and we wished our stay was longer. It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but a short drive to Clearwater beach and has many a convenient stores near by. We would definitely look them up again if/when in Tampa!

About the Host, Bruce
We own a software company specializing in digital dictation and transcription solutions. Our "hobby" has been renovating old homes here in the Magnolia Park neighborhood of Clearwater. We have 4 vacation rental properties that we maintain ourselves.
One of our daughters and her family live 2 doors down from us, with 3 grandchildren that keep us hopping. We love the location - close to downtown Clearwater, yet just a short ride to the beautiful beaches of Clearwater, Indian Rocks and Dunedin (Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island).
We love to bicycle, boat, swim, and enjoy fun times with our family and friends! We hope you can make it to our special part of the Gulf Coast that we call home...
