Guests have dedicated street access to the entire flat with the exception of one closet, which is locked for storage. Two closets are provided, one in the hallway, one in the second bedroom.

We are happy to meet you and walk you through the property upon arrival, and after that we will be available as needed via cell phone or e-mail.
In San Francisco, you're always close to an Uber, but aside from that there is convenient access to the Muni bus system with bus stops for the "1 California" and "3 Jackson" one and two blocks away, respectively.
Enjoy your stay! We've made a huge investment in making this flat a modern, clean and comfortable place to stay. Therefore we ask you to please be respectful of it by not smoking, being careful of the linens and upholstery, and taking the same care you would at your own home so others can enjoy it as you will. We love our white couches and would greatly appreciate that you keep your shoes by the door and certainly not on the couch. We don't wear shoes in the house to keep the city grime out. The entire floor is hardwood with radiant heat.
Kitchen: Make yourselves welcome to anything (spices, pots, pans, knives etc. ) in the kitchen. We have a nice set of Henckels knives. If you use a knife, please cut under a cutting board to preserve the blade.
Spills: If any liquid spills om the floor, please be sure to pick it up immediately so the floor doesn't warp. The countertops are also white in the kitchen and bathrooms, so please use caution not to stain them with wine, vinegar, tomato juice, makeup, etc.
As much as we like children, our place is not child-proof. Toddlers are not ideal.
Because this is a flat, you will have neighbors sharing floor and ceiling with you. Please be respectful of neighbors regarding noise during nighttime/early morning hours.
One area of the house remains locked off for storage during your stay, and this is the master closet area. However, there is a hallway closet and a closet in the guest bedroom that will be vacant for your stay. Also, the back yard is off limits as it is not owned by us. There's a nice grassy field on the same block as us and a beautiful park to play at just a couple of blocks away.
