Stylish Williamsburg Loft Apartment

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Humboldt St, Brooklyn, NY 11211, United States

The Space

Wonderful little sanctuary right outside of the city. This apt is located in hip Williamsburg, just a 10 minute subway ride to Manhattan or 5 minute cab ride. However there are a number of great local restaurants and bars. I'm happy to give you a list of places to shop, eat and enjoy in the neighborhood.

This is a spacious and airy, 1 bedroom loft style apt. Apt has 2 floors, and one bathroom with large bath and shower. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cutlery is provided. Upstairs bedroom is open to overlook the apartment. 20 foot high ceiling. Full size bed with down comforter and extra pillows if needed. Central air and heat. 42in flat screen TV with HD cable. Roof access. Pets are welcome. Wireless internet service provided.

Great spot for a couple or single. I also have an air mattress if there is more that one bed needed.

This apt & location has all you need to enjoy your stay in New York.
Thanks!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimberly's loft. Terrific location, great places to eat and drink nearby as well as being a quick ride on the subway from Manhattan. The loft is very modern and comfortable. Thanks for having us!

  • Kimberley is a very welcoming host and is available for any queries. Bright and airy apartment (some morning noise from nearby construction) but great location - close to L line, best coffee at Variety and good restaurants. Loved staying in Williamsburg.

  • Kim was a great host, and the apartment is really nice and quiet and in a great area. It's the perfect spot for a Brooklyn holiday.

  • The apartment appears exactly as the lovely pictures and the added bonus is the Time Warner Cable Kimberly has at the apartment as we were out all day and some of the evenings we would get back and chill in front of the TV.

Kimberly was the perfect host with excellent communication.

We loved Sakura, Waffle & Wolf, Variety and The Blue Stove on Graham Avenue (about a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment).

Lastly thanks for storing our luggage for our evening flight and also the recommended cab company.

Thanks again for having us & ciao from London.

  • Well, what can I say. Kim was a great host allowing us the ability to get in early to a nice clean place. The apartmnet was perfect, in a great location just a couple of blocks from Graham st subway. Easy access to Bedford Ave and Manhattan. Kim was welcoming, gave us hints on where to go and checked in with us to ensure everything was going okay. can't recommend it hightly enough! Oh yes, the added benefit of great coffee at Variety cafe on the way to the subway was the icing on the cake. Thankyou Kim!

  • We love Kimberly apartment. It's exactly like the picture which is amazing, spotless and clean. The bathroom made me feel like I was in the hotel, neatly fold towels.
The best part though, Kimberly is very very nice. I didn't get there until late. She stopped by to check on us. My husband was asking if she had any bread (embarrassing!), which she , of course, wouldn't. Next thing we knew, she came back and offered us the bread that she WALKED to buy from store close by. We knew for sure, it was not the next door..must be a block away, and that was pretty late in the evening after her work! Kim is very friendly and answered all the questions we had. I was glad that I chose to stay there.

Unfortunately, I only had one night to spend there and had to be out of the apt most of the time, so we didn't enjoy it as much as we could.
But Kim is the best host I have met so far on AirBNB..I, wholeheartedly, recommend anyone to stay with her.

    Sorry Kim for the delay.

  • I had a very pleasant stay at Kimberly's apartment in Williamsburg. She even welcomed me with cupcakes.

She was easy to communicate: answerin(website hidden) en texts very quickly. The apartment is small but because of the way it's decorated and the light that comes in, it feels very spacious. The apartment was clean, quiet, exactly as shown on the pictures and everything that you need for a short or longer stay is available. The cable tv, wireless internet, airconditioning, everything worked perfectly.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés available in the neighbourhood. And the L train is a short walk away, only a couple of stops from Manhattan.

I would definitely concider a stay at Kimberly's apartment the next time I'm in NY and would recommend her apartment to anyone.

  • What a fantastic place! The minute you walk in you are impressed and happy it DOES look like the pictures. Kitchen & bathroom are two very important things to me, cleanliness, wanting to be IN them and both of these are just superb, the faucets, shower! (wow, I want one), the design is beautiful. Leaving big cold bottles of water in the refrigerator is such a caring touch.

The views! I kept sitting up in bed to look at the Manhattan skyline again, even in the middle of the night. The steps are a little difficult for someone with say, bad knees like me, but I managed them fine. Oh, and the towels, big and thick, luscious. Wonderful selection of books.

Probably the best part though? Being able to PARK OUT FRONT! Hilarious, when your used to circling the block for 20 minutes plus if you've rented in Manhattan. What a bonus. Want to stay again soon and eat at that Italian restaurant next door... can't wait. THANK YOU KIMBERLY!
