Limited to a maximum of 20 guests (3 Years and above), Two Sungai Residence is a charming retreat enveloped by lush greenery and tropical fruit trees. This idyllic destination serves as a sanctuary, providing a sense of home and tranquility, where visitors can relax and rejuvenate or embark on thrilling adventures for a truly memorable experience.

Nestled in Sungai Congkak, Hulu Langat, the villa is strategically positioned at the convergence of two rivers, adding to its unique appeal.

The space
The villa comprises of 2 units, namely the Main House and the Guest House.

The Main House has 4 air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 room bound to be a child’s favourite), a spacious dining table with 16 chairs, a bar table overlooking the garden and river with 4 bar stools, 2 living areas, a separate air conditioned TV cum utility room with a flat screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Rooms:-
The Guest House has 4 bedrooms with 2 adjoining bathrooms, and a living room with a flat screen TV.

There is also a pool table and an arcade machine for the guests to enjoy.

An outdoor patio table with 6 chairs and a canopy, and a modern leisure swing are placed by the private pool to maximize your enjoyment. A Swim Jet facility is also available at additional cost.

The villa is equipped with WIFI connection.
BBQ facilities are available at additional cost.

The Main House accommodates 10 people comprising of :
(a) 1 room with a queen size bed and pool access
(b) 2 rooms each with a king size bed.
(c) 1 kids room with one double size bunk bed, one super single bed and one super single themed bed.

The Guest House also accommodates 10 people comprising of :
(a) 1 room with a king size bed and pool access
(b) 1 room with a king size bed
(c) 1 room with two single beds
(d) 1 room with two double decker beds.

Guest access
The Villa is rented out to only one party at a time, to ensure privacy.

Any use for more than 20 pax, venue for parties, events or production will require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.

The rivers in front of the house is deep, even for an adult. Please proceed with care.
