Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom house in an amazing neighborhood. House can be used all on one floor as it has a bedroom and bathroom on first floor. Centrally Located 25 minutes to all of the capital district. Visiting Albany museums, seeing a show at the Egg, SPAC, and the times union center you are a short ride away. Looking for a place stay a short 15 minute ride from the rivers casino or the 20 from the Saratoga racino and racetrack.

Other things to note
We use steam to clean the floors and all high traffic areas like knobs and handles.

We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination.

We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room

We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay.

House is cleaned by J & J Cleaning Services

We do allow events, however there be a 250 refundable deposit held for events and major party Hollidays like Halloween, new years,ect
