The space
FIRST FLOOR is a very large, open plan area that features a large open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. Numerous windows and French Doors opening into lanai ensure constant light and exposure to the surrounding nature.
The lanai (patio) is very large and can seat 6-7 people. You are going to love this lanai as it faces east, with sun exposure in the morning, and shade during the rest of the day. This is precious in the tropics. Far from the resort's activities, this side of it is a world of its own, with many varieties of birds who constantly remind you that these are their quarters. Particularly watch for the large parrot colony as they settle for the night in the palm trees lining the dirt road every evening. After a busy day near the ocean you are going to love spending time in this paradise.

Very large master bedroom, featuring king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, large walk-in closet, and its own lanai is also located on the first floor. So is the powder room and the laundry.

In the downstairs hallway closet you are going to find all beach gear: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, tube, cooler, kids swim boards, beach toys...

A desk and comfortable desk chair are also located on the first floor. High-speed wifi and Nest wifi ensure an even coverage throughout the house.

SECOND FLOOR features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and second with two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom features shower over bathtub. Both rooms have closets, plenty of drawers and storage and luggage racks.

All furniture is high end and high quality. All mattresses are very comfortable, best on the market, with plush tops, so a good nigh's sleep is guaranteed.
