Great flat, nice and clean. Love the travel photos! Really safe location and super easy to get a bus into the centre of the city. Instructions given by Niamh were nice and clear and had thought of everything. Would definitely stay again the next time we visit Dublin. Thanks!

We stayed a week at Niamh's apartment in Dublin and enjoyed every moment of it. Although we didn't get to meet Niamh, she was very attentive and very easy to communicate with both before and during the trip.
The apartment is just across the street from two supermarkets so it's easy to get groceries if you want to cook. It's about a 20 min walk to Dublin Connolly and a 30 min walk to O'Connell Street so getting around isn't a very big issue. There's also a bus that comes very often a few minutes walk from the apartment.
Niamh's apartment was even better in reality than in the photos and we won't hesitate to stay there again!

We had a great stay at Niamh`s apartment. It`s cozy and spacious. Our daughter visited us for two days (used the practical sofabed) and also with three persons there is enough space and equipment for everyone (three chairs, enough towels, bed clothes…). We would recommend her apartment to everyone.
Niamh was a great host. She was proactive about getting in touch with us before arrival and provided comprehensive, easy-to-follow directions from the airport to her apartment. She was friendly when we arrived and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and how to get to and from the city centre. The apartment itself is good - clean, modern, comfortable and secure. It is well-located for the city centre, which is a short bus ride or a 30 minute walk away. It also has the added advantage of being close to Clontarf and Dollymount so it is easy to escape the city for some sea air if you want to. Recommended.
Excellent stay! You can read all the reviews or simply book this one!
Niamh was very quick in responding to our booking or emails. She stood in close contact with us, until we arrived at the apartment. There Niamh already waited for us and gave us a kind welcome. Then she shew us al the facilities in the nice furnished und fully equipped apartment, so we immediately felt at home in her apartment. We enjoyed very much our stay and highly recommend her apartment as a good place to stay in Dublin.
We had a lovely stay in Niamh's apartment. it is spacious, well appointed and very secure. The bed was very comfortable and it is a quiet location. Niamh was extremely helpful and generous. It felt like a home away from home. Many thanks! John and Cherie.
