I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the rental of our vacation get away. In almost 10 years of welcoming guests , we have never had a negative review. We are sorry that you misunderstood the description of our beautiful,private unit. It is a private cottage,not a shared home, but does share a yard and the pool with us. Additionally, there were no boxes in our professionally cleaned, recently rénovated rental. We did note that you enjoyed the use of our pool for the afternnon and took advantage of the welcome gift we had left for you. I guess things werent too bad hère! Please note also that we had to have our housecleaner return to clean the mess you left in our home. We have always been available for our clients and have enjoyed many conversations with our clients prior to their arrivâl,to answer any questions or give any travel suggestions. Again,we are sorry for your misunderstanding of our ad and hope you will reach out to owners in the future,to clear up any concerns prior to your arrival.
