Welcome to our apartment in LAS OLAS GRAND! With your accommodation you will have access to the common areas: 2 swimming pools, 5 Jacuzzis, basketball court, volleyball and tennis. There is no access to areas reserved for owners. We don't have heating & air conditioning. Children and babies count as guests, please don't forget to list them. One parking space only. 24-hour security. In the cold season you can bring more blankets. No gym. No visits. No pets.
The space
Upon arrival at the property, you will be greeted by the condominium security guards who will register your entry and ask you to present identification for each of the guests (children and babies do not need identification). Guest names must match the names you give your host, otherwise you won't be given access.
They will also indicate your parking space and give you the bands that you must wear on your arm during your stay.
Rooms: 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with queen size bed. We don't have any more sleeping arrangements. We don't have an air mattress.
TV: There is a smart TV in the bedrooms. There is no TV in the living room. Access to Netflix or any other platform you need using your own account.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom has 1 full bathroom. It has a bathtub.
The second bathroom is in the hallway and is a full bathroom.
Towels: We leave 6 towels in total in the apartment. We do not provide extra towels during the stay. We do not have towels for the pool area, please bring your own.
Toilet paper: We leave the bathrooms with 1 roll of toilet paper for 2-night stays. We leave 2 rolls for longer stays. If you need more toilet paper, please bring it. We do not have the service to provide more paper during your stay.
You can find refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom as a courtesy. We highly recommend bringing your own.
Kitchen: equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.
We have a dishwasher in the apartment that is not working and is not listed as an amenity in our ad. Please do not use it. Please do not write to let us know that it is not working.
The dining room is designed to accommodate four people.
Washing machine & dryer are not included as an amenity in your stay and are not listed as such in our listing. Their use is exclusively for cleaning staff.
Parking: We have parking for a compact car assigned especially for this condominium, there is no extra cost.
Security: There are security guards at the entrance of the building and others patrolling the property 24 hours a day, but we are not responsible for theft or damage to your property.
Access to common areas:
IMPORTANT: The use of the common areas is from 9 am, before this time you will not be able to access them.
To access, you must wear a wristband that is given to you when you check in. This bracelet must be worn throughout your stay.
As mentioned at the beginning, you will only have access to 2 swimming pools, 5 Jacuzzis, basketball courts, volleyball and tennis. There is no access to areas reserved for residents such as the gym, sauna, pool & jacuzzi on the 3rd floor.
Access to common areas may vary without notice. They are generally available but may sometimes be under maintenance or out of service. We do not refund for not serving the common areas.
Visitors: Visitors are not allowed under any circumstances during your stay. Only the number of people you mentioned in your registration will be allowed to enter.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the condominium under any circumstances.
Guest access
As mentioned above, guests will only have access to the following common areas: 2 pools, 5 Jacuzzis, basketball court, volleyball and tennis. There is no access to the areas reserved for residents such as the gym, sauna, pool & jacuzzi on the 3rd floor.
Other things to note
We mention again that we do NOT have air conditioning or heating in the apartment. We provide 2 fans and 2 blankets only. We do not have the service to provide more. For this reason, we ask that in cold weather, if you consider it necessary, you can bring more blankets.
In the apartment we have an overload problem that causes the power to go out if we connect electric heaters, for this reason we do not provide them and we do not allow the use of them in the apartment.
Electricity and Water: Sometimes the water or electricity (including the internet) goes out in the city, especially when there are weather conditions known as Santa Ana. When this happens it is important to understand that we cannot do anything except wait for the power company to repair the connection or the water company to repair the drinking water supply, this can take from a few minutes to several hours. We understand that this can be very annoying, but it is important to understand that it is out of our hands to help with the repair.
Windows and mosquito nets: The windows are heavy but open easily. The mosquito nets are not so easy to open and close when we keep them inside the rail, which is why we leave them outside the rail so that you can open and close them easily. You don't need to write to us to let us know that the mosquito nets are off the rail.
Hot water: Yes, we have hot water and it should not take more than 3 minutes to come out. Hot water is usually on the left side of the bathroom sinks, on the back of the kitchen sink, and on the top of the bathtubs. If after 3 minutes you do not get hot water, wait a little longer or try to turn to the opposite side from which you turned the first time.
