Down to earth, classic Brooklyn apartment, that feels like home...

Tons of restaurants, cafes, markets, and iconic bars nearby. I will be available throughout your stay, without being in your way. The space
Private, safe, clean and quiet place for you to plan your day in NYC!

Hello and welcome to my spacious home! This is a private room located in a vintage Brooklyn apartment located minutes from the subway. This is the perfect spot to come home to after a day out exploring this amazing city. You’ll be in a hip area with tons of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and iconic bars to check out in your down time. I’ve lived here for 7 years and I can say that I truly love this neighborhood. A vegan restaurant, organic café, and sushi place just opened up down the street so it’s very up and coming!

The space itself is warm and bright, with a welcoming living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was furnished by a Professional Chef so you will not be wanting when it comes to cooking utensils! You’ll have a private room (lockable from the inside and outside), with a comfy full-sized bed, AC/heater, and a closet. We keep things very neat and clean, providing fresh sheets and towels for every guest. You will also have access to our Internet connection for fast internet navigation. You can check-in to your room any time after 3pm, and are welcome to come by and drop your luggage off before then.

Where you’ll be

Brooklyn, New York, United States

Crown Heights:
From turn of the century wealth to a diverse community that benefits from its central location.
Crown Heights was one of Brooklyn’s wealthiest neighborhoods at the start of the 20th century — and has the grand architecture to prove it. In the 1930s the newly opened A train brought a wave of residents from Harlem. Today it’s the prices and new developments that draw a steady stream of working professionals looking for space and easy commutes to Manhattan. Bisected by Eastern Pkwy. — which was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted of Central and Prospect Park fame — the area is now dominated by multi-family homes and features a great mix of businesses and dining options.

What To Expect:
A diverse area bursting with energy and things to do.
There’s always a new restaurant or bar to check out, plus independent shops to peruse and stunning historical districts to admire. Experience the seasons at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, or spend a rainy afternoon at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. The Weeksville Heritage Center examines the area’s history, and the nearby Brooklyn Museum attracts art lovers.

The Lifestyle:
Community oriented and unpretentious with afternoons passed on sidewalks and stoops.
A diverse mix of local business owners and city workers bring a great mix of energy. The best part? You’ll actually meet your neighbors in this community oriented area where people still host block parties and greet friends from their stoops.

Unexpected Appeal:
The western border is Prospect Park’s famed Brooklyn Botanic Garden.
You’ll never tire of having the Botanic Garden at your doorstep, and will be pleasantly surprised by quick access to dining, activities and shopping in the neighborhoods bordering greater Prospect Park.

You'll Fall In Love With:
Destination dining with a locals-only vibe.
There’s a solid mix of established restaurants and fresh new options. With limited wait times it’s easy to become a regular — and you’ll get a friendly and generous welcome when you do.

I am a Solutions Engineer for a start up FinTech start up located in Brooklyn, NY. I've been living in New York for about 8 years now and have loved every second. I like to travel, make new friends, and try new things. I also like to chill back with friends, read, and binge watch Netflix. I'm a Superhost here on Airbnb and take hosting very seriously! No apartment is perfect, especially in New York, but I make up for it with the highest level of guest service and interaction. If it's physically possible I will make it happen for my guests! I take being a guest equally as serious and hope I get to travel even more!
