Luxury Historic 1880's Modern Texas Farmhouse restored w/care & historic charm.The Full Venue includes 4 large bedrooms each w/a king bed & bathroom & Shed w/a Queen bed, Outdoor Shower-No bathroom. Lrge private yard, deck, patio, pool, porch & plenty of space to social distance. Fire pit. BBQ grill. 4 blocks to historic Lockhart square's courthouse, BBQ, live music, vintage stores, antiques, bars, art gallery, chef run restaurants, & coffee shop.

The space
Large dreamy home with 11 foot ceilings, original wood floors and windows, 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite baths in the main house. The 4th bedroom(The Christopher) is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a private entry, separate living room and kitchenette and is attached to the main house by the kitchen. It can be rented separately from the main house. The Shed is our 5th charming bedroom. Please see separate listing to rent the Main House as a 3 bedroom/3 bath or The Christopher on its own. The back yard is very large and private with a beautiful pool that has a waterfall, tanning bed and LED lighting at night and a solar pool heater. Fire pit that seats 6. Electric BBQ grill.

Events for more than 10 guests must be planned in advance for additional venue/event pricing and signed agreement.

Dogs must be pre approved before booking.. Dog rules:

2 dogs max
Non Shedding dogs only
$75-$150 pet cleaning fee per dog(depending on size, breed and length of stay)
No Dogs on the furniture
Dogs can not be left alone, unless crated.
No dogs in the pool.
Pick up after your dog in the yard.
NOTE: The yard is fenced, however, the perimeter fence has some gaps in it. We ask that dogs be supervised in the yard. Please treat your dogs like you would children and keep an eye on them or keep them on a leash when in the yard.
$250 additional fee if dog rules are not followed.
