Located in the highly sought-after Eagle Run Condos—the best ski-in/ski-out location in Mammoth—this 2BR/2BA unit is steps from Eagle Lodge/Chair 15 with just a 50-yard walk to the slopes. Includes 1 reserved parking space plus first-come guest parking.

The space
This Mammoth Lakes condo has everything you'll need for the duration of your stay. The Master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized Premier Nectar bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (no tub). The second bedroom has a Full over Queen (Zinus Green Tea mattresses) bunk bed (great for families or couples) and is steps from a bathroom with a tub. Each bedroom has a smart TV or an Amazon firestick. The couch folds out to a comfortable queen sized bed (best for kids). We have an old school Nintendo preloaded with 20+ games and lots of board games. The home is well cared for and the kitchen is fully stocked with most spices/condiments, etc. The garage clearance is also higher than almost any garage in Mammoth allowing for a tall SUV and a rooftop carrier (7'10” clearance, please double check your vehicle’s clearance prior to entering). The assigned garage spot is the nearest to the elevator. In addition to the assigned garage parking spot, there are many indoor and outdoor guest spots that are on a first come first serve basis and are not guaranteed. (max two total cars per unit). Please note that during the winter months the outside parking lot is smaller due to snow storage and parking may become limited. Additionally, there are two shared spas on the property. This unit is perfect for a family or a two couples.

Mammoth Lakes is an amazing place in the summer and fall. If you like to hike, Mammoth is incredible. Mountain biking is also plentiful as is fishing. June Lake is a quick 25-minute drive from Mammoth and is a great place to enjoy in the summer or winter (kids ski free at June).

Winter: Note that the Mountain/Main Lodge typically opens around November 20th. Please also note that our condo is located on Eagle/Chair 15. The lift at Eagle typically opens in mid/late December (depending on snowfall amounts) and closes around April 20th. It appears that Eagle may open 12/26/25 (depending on weather). When this side of the mountain is closed, you can drive 10 minutes to Main Lodge to ski (get there early). Eagle/chair 15 can open earlier or later in the year. Please monitor Mammoth’s social media and/or inquire within before booking. The Mammoth app is great. Weather and snowfall conditions are also viewable at MammothSnowman’s website.
