☆ 1 min walk from famous central circular parks and vernissage market, easy to find, safe, quiet and authentic neighbourhood of the city. Close cafes, music, evening walks!

The space
Complete new building with six Airbnb flats, located in the old historical neighbourhood, known for many universities nearby. All guests have access to a shared garden with a pavilion, outdoor space and a traditional bbq terrace on the ground floor.

The location is right in front of the famous circular park in the city centre with plenty of entertainment. The best location for evening walks in the park with nice fountains and iconic cafes.

It's minutes away from vernissage and within 10 minutes walking distance to Republic Square and other famous Yerevan's monuments (check my guidebook)! You can find trendy restaurants, cafes bars, clubs, 24/7 stores and nightlife nearby.

Other things to note
1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for who use sofa-bed and/or travel-cot. Guests must request the extra sleeping place before booking.

2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.

3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available in the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies

4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/checkout, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours.

5. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
