Welcome to Villa Permanyer, a unique ART Townhouse of 260 m2 in the most exclusive passage of Eixample. The moment you enter, you will be stunned by its diversity and fascinated by its creativity. A villa full of suprises, art, design and life!

The space
This spectacular townhouse will surprise you in many aspects. Situated in a small passage in the centre of Barcelona: Passatge de Permanyer.

The house has capacity for 15 guests:

This stunning Villa has 9 unique rooms, each one decorated differently and with its own style. Distributed in two floors you have 5 rooms on the first floor:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (convertible into 2 single beds under request)
Bedroom 2: Double bed (convertible into 2 single beds under request)
Bedroom 3: Double bed (convertible into 2 single beds under request)
Bedroom 4: Double bed (convertible into 2 single beds under request)
Bedroom 5: Double bed

Downstairs you will find 4 more unique rooms:

Bedroom 6: Family suite with double bed (convertible into two single beds), kids corner with bunk bed and private full bathroom (toilet and shower)
Bedroom 7: Double bed (convertible into 2 single beds under request)
Bedroom 8: Double bed
Bedroom 9: Double bed (convertible into 2 single beds under request)

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter. (Except bedroom 8).

All bedrooms have storage space.

5 Full bathrooms with a toilet and shower + 1 half bathroom (only with toilet).

On the upper floor you will find a large living area with pool table, 2 huge and comfortable sofas, high speed Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and other details to spend a great time there.

You will be able to enjoy a large terrace by day and night with comfortable furniture.

Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.

Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.

We will offer you a start kit of amenities for the first night.
