Down the road from the Starship factory and launch pad and on the Rio Grande River, this unique themed property is hidden in the lower Rio Grande Valley natural wildlife preserve. We offer a number of activities on site such as boating, kayaking, fishing or you can take a quick trip to nearby Boca Chica beach. Ranch style meal services are available or we have a full kitchen to create your own dining experience. View incredible Starship launches and landings up close on our party barge.

The space
We have carved out a unique section of the river in the lower rio grande valley wildlife preserve. Due to the curves in the river, we are actually south of the Mexican border. Our property lies on the site of the last battle of the Civil War. There are several historical markers that describe the significance of the area. It is also home to hundreds of species of birds and other wildlife. This natural habitat is truly a beautiful place to come and rejuvenate. Brownsville is only 15 minutes away but you will feel like you are far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The spectacular sunsets over the river cast a golden glow on the dock and deck space. Once the sun goes down, the fire flies twinkle in the night sky. The stars at night are truly big and bright as the only ambient light is the distant glow of the Starship factory.
