This beautiful, fully equipped two-bedroom apartment has stunning ocean views and a large terrace. It is part of a small project in a quiet, green, wooded area.
We have good internet and are happy to receive digital nomads. Ask about our long-term rates!
We have two villas here; the swimming pool is communal. We offer our guests peace and space and ask the same of our guests.

The space
The villa pictured has three apartments; this is the bottom floor apartment, with ocean view. The apartment has a private entrance and sliding doors to the spacious terrace, with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The apartment has two bedrooms, with private bathroom and walk-in closets, and a living-dining room with open kitchen. Like the other apartments, this apartment has great ocean views from all rooms.

Guest access
We have a large communal pool with great views. In addition, free access to the entire 6 hectare site with gardens, open land and forest, with beautiful rock formations. Enjoy our seasonal fruits: mango, avocado, orange, passion fruit and much more. We can help you with transportation.

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

Our location and what we offer is special, especially for the Dominican Republic: a quiet, green, forested environment, only 20 minutes from the centre of Puerto Plata and the beach. We have good contacts with the neighboring community. You can take walks in the surroundings.
But let’s be honest: if you like to be close to the beach and in the middle of the nightlife there are better options or at least, options closer to where you want to be. In the Dominican Republic, peace and quiet requires removing yourself a bit from the densely populated areas. Your choice!

We're two: Cristina and Frans Doorman, married for close to 30 years, but young at heart and in looks. We're from the Dominican Republic and The Netherlands. We started Dream View Estate in 2011, and have been living there most of the year since 2012. We were looking for a home and bought a small estate because we loved the place: magnificent view, rural, green, forested environment, fresh ocean breezes, just 15 minutes from Puerto Plata. We have two rooms for sale, but decided to also rent and offer bed and breakfast, among others through Airbnb. We like to meet new people, so if you want to spend some time together when you come to our place we'd be happy to. But if you want to keep to yourselves that's great too.
