Other Things to Note
Note: This is not a sublet or space for rent. It's a specific service/business we offer to creatives, entrepreneurs, or someone looking for a shared space to work, relax, and or rest. As a creative agency, showroom for interior , fashion, furniture and product design we extend a personal invite to our studio as well as our network and neighborhood to any and all who share the same design values. We believe when traveling or seeking creative inspiration/refuge you should have a space as ours available.
Be aware that this is a loft, which means an open-air space.
We usually go to bed around 12 or 1am. We generally aren't bothered by noise, so don't feel like you need to follow the same sleep schedule as us. As long as you're being respectful and making an attempt to keep the noise level low, we don't mind. But if you're going to be bothered by the t.v. volume on until midnight, then this might not be the place for you.
If you hate cats or dogs and are highly allergic to them, this also might not be the place for you. We are slightly allergic to cats, but we clean often enough that it doesn't bother us.
When you arrive, we'll probably set-up a bathroom schedule just for the early morning so that we're not in each other's way.
