Welcome to EagleRock Cottage, a beautiful, inviting and fully-functional all-season waterfront cottage ideal for family and couples getaways. Enjoy the amazing view of pristine Eagle Lake, only minutes away from Sir Sam’s Ski Hill and Spa, hiking and snowmobile trails, groceries, LCBO, gas and more. Everything you need for peace of mind, year-round.

Inside: enjoy an open-concept kitchen & living room, spacious lower-level & walkout. Netflix, Super Nintendo and board games for quiet evenings.

The only restricted areas are a few locked closets for the owners personal belongings.

Other things to note
EV CHARGING:
A Nema 14-50 outlet is available outside to plug in an EV for charging. Renter is responsible for supplying any adaptors, cords, etc. to charge their vehicle.

WINTER ROAD ACCESS:
Cottage is accessible by car via municipal roads which are maintained during the winter.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
EagleRock is not just a rental, but also our personal part time retreat. As such, we prefer to book families or groups of responsible adults. We respectfully ask party groups to seek other accommodations.
