Furnished to a comfortable standard, it’s fully equipped with everything needed for a family or friends getaway. Located in the heart of Durres Beach, near the 5-star Adriatic Hotel, the apartment is surrounded by bars, restaurants, markets, and more, making it a convenient and ideal spot to enjoy the area.

Guests staying at this apartment will enjoy access to a simple yet fully functional kitchen on the balcony, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. The apartment also features air-conditioning and a beachfront balcony, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

What makes the neighborhood unique is the location very near by with a lot of Restaurants and Markets. also possibility to walk near the seaside (very easy because the beach is sandy beach)

There is a public Bus which go to the city of Durres . the bus station is only 10 minutes walking from the flat , or you can use taxi for a very cheap price .
the Main Boulevard in the main road is now friendly for pedestrian, that means that you can have nice walks in the afternoon and very amazing walks in the morning time near the beach
